NEW! Marian Garden Thank You - We are sending a special thank you to graduating 8th grade students and National Junior Honor Society members Quinn McRae, Connor Ricker, and Asherah Mirles Tirado for raising funds and working tirelessly over the weekend to clean up our special Mary Garden outside the chapel window at the upper campus. It’s beautiful! Thanks go, too, to Mrs. McRae for her help and guidance with the project!
NEW! Yearbook Thank You - This week we extend many heartfelt thanks to Sarah Daugherty and Kirsten Snyder for volunteering their time and talent in helping to create this year’s fabulous yearbook! We also thank Ms. Fiore for her work in coordinating the effort and Mrs. Noon for her behind the scenes work!
NEW! Promotion Ceremonies Thank You - The last two weeks have been jam-packed with events celebrating our 8th grade students as they graduate from the Academy and our 5th grade students who are moving to the upper campus! It takes an army to plan, prepare, and execute all of these events, so we have many thank you’s to extend!
- To the teachers who traveled with the 8th grade students on TWO big (and exhausting) field trips last week…the Red Sox game and Canobie Lake Park;
- To the students and teachers who set up the gym for the many events, including the National Junior Honor Society members who arrived at 8:00 PM on Wednesday night last week to help faculty members switch the gym from a banquet hall set-up to an auditorium arrangement;
- To Miss Foran for creating the fabulous video featuring photos of our 8th grade students;
- To parents who made other arrangements for their children on the days we did not hold After Care. Our faculty and staff appreciated being able to attend the events without worry;
- To Ethan Britton ‘26, our 8th grade speaker at last night’s Convocation;
- To Michael Richards, photographer extraordinaire, for his efforts in documenting all of the events of the past week;
- To Andrea Richards, our Baccalaureate cantor and finder of a new emergency organist;
- And to the faculty/staff committee and their helpers who worked to put all of these plans together: Mrs. Clarke, Mrs. Gauvin, Mrs. Anger, Ms. Fiore, Mrs. Nissen, Mrs. Beauregard, Mrs. Coker, Mrs. Langenfeld, Mrs. Emond, Mrs. Bouchard, and Fr. David Harris.
