NEW! No Milk on January 5 - Our first milk delivery when we return from Christmas vacation will not happen until Tuesday, January 6. Therefore, there will be no milk on Monday, January 5.

NEW! Upper Campus Tissue Request - It’s cold and flu season and Mrs. Danielson is requesting tissue donations for the upper campus nurse’s office. Thank you!

NEW! End of 2nd Quarter - Grades will close for the 2nd quarter on both campuses on Friday, January 16. Report cards will be issued on Friday, January 23.

NEW! Hot Lunch Ordering for February - Don’t forget! Hot Lunch ordering for the month of February will open on January 1st on Boonli.com while we are on Christmas vacation. As always, ordering will close at midnight on January 15. Please order early to be sure you don’t run into any technical difficulties (or just plain forget!). Your order is not complete unless you receive an email from Boonli.com.

NEW! Upper Campus Car Riders - As a reminder….at the end of the day, NO students who are car riders should be going out with walkers to be picked up on Columbia Ave. Car riders should be picked up on Bartlett Avenue, in front of the school, only. Columbia Ave. is reserved for bus student pickup ONLY. We appreciate your cooperation with this as we work to keep our students safe at all times.

NEW! Change of Address Reminder - Over the past few weeks, we have had several school mailings to current parents returned to us by the post office. If you have recently moved…or will be moving….it is imperative that you notify the school of your new address. Please email Donna Beatrice at [email protected] with any changes. Thank you!

Education Freedom Account Scholarship (EFA) Class Wallet Reminder - Parents who receive EFA funding are reminded that the November installment has been applied to Class Wallets at this time. Funds should be transferred to the school immediately or the bank account on record will be charged. Please reach out to Shauna Hein at [email protected] or 603-882–7442, ext. 212 with any questions. The Business Office will be closed from December 22 through January 5.

Mark Your Calendar - Teacher Endowment Fund Reception - On Tuesday evening, January 27, The Saint Christopher Academy School Board will hold a Teacher Endowment Fund Reception at the lower campus…and all parents are invited to attend! The evening will include refreshments and presentations from faculty and School Board members in support of the development of the Saint Christopher Fund for Teachers. This endowment fund is dedicated to providing long-term, equitable compensation for our teachers. More information about the fund can be found on the school website HERE. A formal invitation will be mailed later this month, but please mark your calendar now! (Note: This is an adults only evening!)

THIS WEEK! UC Campus Ministry News - Upper Campus will be putting together Advent blessing bags filled with socks, toothbrushes, toothpaste, cookies (which we will decorate together), cards, and the like - for the guests of the Day Café at Saint Patrick Parish in Nashua. We will be making these after school from 2:45-4:30 pm next Thursday, December 18th. If you are interested in volunteering, please see Mrs. Prud'homme for a permission slip.

THIS WEEK! Pajama and Winter Boot Drive to benefit The Pass Along Project – Our deadline for donations to the Pass Along Project has been extended to THIS Friday at 9:00 AM. This is a hard and fast deadline as the Faith Outreach volunteers will be sorting everything on Friday for delivery.  Please click HERE for specific instructions on needed donations!

Lower Campus Drop-off Reminders - The snow on the street makes following our morning drop-off procedures in front of the lower campus even more important! To keep our students safe, please remember:

  • Slow down as you approach the school and pull away after drop-off.
  • Stay in the drop-off line and wait until the car in front of you has pulled away before you do the same. Do not pull out and go around other drivers.
  • Do not park across the street and walk your student over. Visibility is difficult and crossing the street without a crossing guard is VERY dangerous and disruptive to those who are following directions and using the carpool line correctly.
  • Please review all of the procedures on the school website HERE.

Thank you!

UPDATED! Annual Appeal - As noted in our Annual Appeal update email last week, we have had a wonderful response so far to the Appeal! As of today, we are at 48% of our $75,000 goal! Thank you to all those who donated so far. Donations have ranged from $10 up to $6,000…amazing! The Annual Appeal is the second of our three school-wide fundraisers and all funds STAY at Saint Chris to immediately and directly benefit our students. Donations to the Annual Appeal can be made by sending a check into school, by donating online HERE, or by texting SaintChris to 53555. We’d love to meet our goal by December 31st…please join us!

UPDATED! Re-enrollment Reminder - The deadline for re-enrollment for the 2025-2026 school year is coming quickly…after we return from vacation on January 5th, there’s just 5 days until the January 10th deadline! All students must be enrolled by January 10 in order to guarantee a seat for the next school year. Early re-enrollment helps the school with planning and budgeting for the upcoming year and is greatly appreciated! The enrollment packet can be found in the Family Portal of the “primary” parent under Enrollment/Reenrollment. Thank you for your prompt attention to this!  This is the final re-enrollment packet you will need to complete as we transition to our new Continuous Enrollment process.
