TONIGHT! Upper Campus Parent Information Night - All upper campus parents (veteran and new) are encouraged to join us for this meeting TONIGHT, Wednesday, September 9 at 6:00 PM in the gym. After a brief business meeting, parents will move through their child’s schedule and visit each of their child’s classrooms.

TOMORROW NIGHT! Lower Campus Parent Information Night - All lower campus parents (veteran and new) should plan to  join us TOMORROW NIGHT, Thursday, September 10 at 6:30 PM in the church hall. Similar to the upper campus meeting, parents will be free to visit their children’s classrooms following a brief business meeting in the church hall.

DEADLINE THIS SATURDAY! Hot Lunch Ordering is Open - Hot Lunch ordering for September 28 through October 29 is open on Boonli.com. Our school code is STCHRIS111. All orders must be made by midnight THIS Saturday, September 12…absolutely NO late orders can be accepted. For more information about the Hot Lunch program visit the lower campus website HERE and the upper campus website HERE.

NEW! Enrollment Update - What a great start to the school year! Our enrollment is a very strong 504 students enrolled across both campuses, including 90 new students. Enrollment for NEW students for the 2027-2028 school year (yikes!) will open on October 1st. Current families are reminded that through our continuous enrollment program, their current enrollment will automatically roll over to the next school year. More details on continuous enrollment will be sent to current families at the end of the month.

NEXT WEEK! Early Release - Here’s a reminder that next Friday, September 18th will be our first Early Release day of the year so that teachers may attend professional development. Upper campus students will be released at 11:30 AM and lower campus students will be released at Noon (Prek will release at 11:40 AM and Kdg at 11:45 AM). Nashua buses will be provided on the early release schedule. There will be NO After Care that day.

NEW! EFA Parent Reminder -  An email regarding tuition deadlines for EFA families was emailed to all parents on June 30. Please see the email HERE for more information.

In addition, parents who need to provide an invoice for EFA accounting are now able to produce their own through their Family Portal without the assistance of our Business Office. Please find instructions on completing this HERE.

NEW! Bishop Guertin Applications - ‘Tis the season for Bishop Guertin applications for our upper campus students! All applications should be sent to upper campus Guidance Counselor Katie Osborn. Her email is [email protected] for more information.

NEW! Lower Campus Drop-off Reminders:

Drop-Off “Extra Time” - If a lower campus student needs a little extra time to exit a car in the morning to finish breakfast, bring in a project, or just adjust to Monday morning (we can all relate!), please park in the upper parish parking lot next to the church. You may then walk your student to the top of the stairs and watch him or her walk down the side of the parking lot and into the school. This allows us to keep our lines moving in both the front and back!

Front Door  - Parents are asked to keep students in their cars for morning drop-off at the front of the school until the doors have opened and a staff member is present. Students should not be standing or sitting at the door by themselves waiting to be let in.

NEW! Absence/Tardy Reminders:

Calling/Emailing - Please remember that when you call or email that your child will be tardy or out sick, you must give a specific reason (sick, doctor’s appointment, high school visit, etc.). If a parent does not inform the school about the reason for an absence, it will automatically be marked as an unexcused absence.

Advance Work - As noted in our new attendance policy, teachers will not prepare homework in advance for students who have a “scheduled” upcoming absence (ie, vacation or other day out of school). Upper campus students are expected to follow the classwork in Google Classroom and complete homework within the teacher’s guidelines upon return to school. Lower campus students will receive work from their teacher when they return.

Lower Campus Computer Class Headphones - Hello everyone! We bought new iPads for the 2026-2027 school year. As a result, the iPads now have a different plug for headphones! Please make sure your child has the correct kind. Headphones are needed for iReady testing beginning on September 15th. Thank you from Miss Foran!

You will need headphones with a USB-C connector OR a USB-C to Audio Jack Adapter. Over the ear headphones are recommended rather than earbuds.

The lower campus Grandparents Open House will take place on September 29, while the upper campus will take place on October 6. STARTING THIS WEEK! Rosary Clubs! Both our upper and lower campus Rosary Clubs will get underway after school next week! This is a wonderful opportunity for our students to grow in faith, deepen their devotion to Mary, and pray together in community. Please see the details below for each campus:

Lower Campus Rosary Club - The lower campus Rosary Club will get underway on Friday, September 11. All students are welcome to join as we pray the rosary, reflect on its mysteries, and strengthen our connection to God through this beautiful tradition. Students who are staying for the Rosary Club are to go to the church hall at the end of the school day.  We will have a snack and proceed to the church to say the rosary. All students should be picked by a parent promptly at 4:00 PM in the church parking lot. After 4:00 PM, students can be picked up at After Care. If your student will be joining the Rosary Group, please complete the SignUp Genius HERE so that we may prepare enough rosaries and materials.

Upper Campus Rosary Club - The upper campus Rosary Club will begin meeting on Tuesday, September 8. Students at the Upper Campus will have the opportunity to meet for light snacks, fellowship, and, of course, most importantly, to pray the Rosary. Our Lady loved Jesus more than anyone who ever lived, and the goal of this group is to come to know and love Him just like she did. The club will be led by Mrs. Prud’homme and Mrs. Lester and will meet in room 304 (Mrs. Prud'homme's room) from 2:45 pm until about 3:15pm on Tuesday afternoons.

UPDATED! Chess, Checkers & Cribbage Club! We're happy to report that the Chess, Checkers & Cribbage Club is a go at both campuses! Many thanks to Mr. Belt for stepping up to help Mr. Nardone with chess and checkers at the lower campus. Mrs. Morrell and Mr. Collard will oversee cribbage again. Mr. Nardone will run chess at the upper campus. Additional volunteers are always welcome! This drop-in program offers a safe, low stress environment for students to learn and enjoy the games, while engaging in a social activity that is fun for all. Students play with classmates and learn at their own pace. There is no need to sign up in order to participate. Please click HERE for the schedules.

Lower Campus: "Chess and Checkers" will meet every other Monday morning at 7:45 AM. "Cribbage" will meet every other Monday morning at 7:30 AM, alternating weeks with chess and checkers. Students should enter through the Before Care entrance and check in with the teacher on duty before proceeding to the 4th grade science classroom. The Club starts on Monday, September 14th.

Upper Campus: The club will meet on Monday morning every other week at 7:00 AM in the music room. Students would enter school through the cafeteria doors. Chess will start on Monday, September 21.

Lower Campus Animation Club - We are excited to resume the Animation Club at the lower campus this year, thanks once again to parent volunteer Mallory Gray! This club is open to students in grades 3 to 5 and starts on Friday, September 18th.  After the initial meeting, the Animation Club will meet monthly, on the first Friday of each month, from 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM in Ms. Goltsov’s classroom. The cost per student is $20.

Students will learn the fundamentals of animation using Procreate on our iPads. Through practical lessons and guidance, students will explore the world of animation, bringing their drawings to life in an engaging and educational setting. The Animation Club encourages both artistic expression and technical skills to unlock your child’s creative potential!

This program is limited to 14 students. If interested, please click HERE to sign up. Students should enter through the Before Care entrance and check in with the teacher on duty before proceeding to Ms. Goltsov’s room for the club.

Water Walk 2026

THIS SATURDAY! Participants will meet at 8:45AM at the Upper Campus parking lot, then walk to Greeley Park for 9AM for instructions, then travel on foot as a group to downtown Nashua and back. • This event helps raise funds for drilling wells for villages in Nigeria that lack clean water resources.
  • Students who attend need a parent to accompany them on the walk.
  • T-shirts can be obtained through a $25 donation directly to the website: https://thankyouproject.org/water-walk-registration/
