NEW! School Store Thank You - The lower campus LOVES their School Store and it would not have been possible this year without the extraordinary volunteer efforts of Danielle Schuh, Grace Bunke, and Jay Cook! Thank you!

NEW! Yearbook Thank You - This week we extend many heartfelt thanks to Sarah Daugherty, Kirsten Snyder, and Emily Uong for volunteering their time and talent in helping to create this year’s fabulous yearbook! We also thank Ms. Fiore for her work in coordinating the effort and Mrs. Noon for her behind the scenes work!

NEW! Promotion Ceremonies Thank You - The last two weeks have been jam-packed with events celebrating our 8th grade students as they graduate from the Academy and our 5th grade students who are moving to the upper campus!  It takes an army to plan, prepare, and execute all of these events, so we have many thank you’s to extend!

  • To the teachers who traveled with the 8th grade students on TWO big (and exhausting) field trips last week…the Red Sox game (which didn’t get back to school until midnight!) and Canobie Lake Park;
  • To the students and teachers who set up the gym for the many events, including the National Junior Honor Society members who arrived at 8:15 PM on Wednesday night last week to help faculty members switch the gym from a banquet hall set-up to an auditorium arrangement;
  • To Teresa Carlton for creating the fabulous video featuring photos of our 8th grade students;
  • To parents who made other arrangements for their children on the days we did not hold After Care. Our faculty and staff appreciated being able to attend the events without worry;
  • To Duggan Keane ‘25, our amazing 8th grade speaker at last night’s Convocation;
  • To Michael Richards, photographer extraordinaire, for his efforts in documenting all of the events of the past week;
  • To Erica McKenna for the delicious cake pops for our 5th grade students following their Convocation;
  • And to the faculty/staff committee and their helpers who worked to put all of these plans together: Mrs. Clarke, Mrs. Gauvin, Mrs. Anger, Ms. Fiore, Mrs. Nissen, Mr. Farris, Ms. Bedard, Mrs. Coker, Mrs. Langenfeld, Mrs. Emond, Mrs. Bouchard, and Fr. David Harris.

NEW! Baseball Congratulations! Congratulations to our boys baseball team who captured the Tri-County Championship on Monday afternoon with a 6-0 win over Chester at Holman Stadium. Well, done boys!

NEW! 7th Grade Vaccination Reminder - ALL students who are entering 7th grade MUST have a Tdap done and a physical/immunization record submitted to the upper campus school nurse, Laura Danielson, as soon as possible. The Tdap is specific to students of the 7th grade age. It is NOT the Dtap! If a student has a medical or religious exemption to vaccinations, please submit a copy of that paperwork to Mrs. Danielson before school starts in the fall. Thank you!

NEW! EFA News and Deadline - New Hampshire legislature has expanded Education Freedom Accounts (EFAs) to all families, regardless of income, with Governor Ayotte signing this expansion just yesterday! To receive EFA funding, parents should remember:

  •  All application materials must be submitted & fully verified by July 15. That goes for both new and returning families. If verification happens after that date, your award may be prorated (reduced) based on when everything is finalized.
  • The sooner you apply and complete all steps, the more funding your family may receive.
  • Visit https://nh.scholarshipfund.org/.../nh-education-freedom.../ to get started!

NEW! Updated Contact Information - Summer is a prime time for change of addresses and other contact information…and we want to keep you up-to-date on all communications from Saint Chris! If your address, email, or phone number will be different this fall, please contact Database Administrator Donna Beatrice at [email protected]. Thank you!

NEW! Volunteering at Saint Chris - Are you planning on volunteering at Saint Chris this coming school year? If you have not yet completed the Safe Environment Training, get a jump on things by completing it over the summer! All volunteers are required to complete the training prior to ANY volunteer opportunities, including Hot Lunch, field trips, class projects and activities, etc. Training must be renewed every three years. To complete the training, please see the Diocesan information HERE. Questions about the process at the lower campus can be directed to Jackie Langenfeld at [email protected] and questions about the upper campus can be sent to Sue Coker at [email protected].

NEW! Yearbooks - Students who ordered yearbooks received them this week. Because many important events occur after the yearbook printing deadline, we will be creating an electronic supplement featuring spring sports and end-of-year events. This supplement will be suitable for printing and will be emailed to parents over the summer months. For any questions regarding yearbooks, please email Carol Fiore at [email protected].

Summer Office Hours - We’ll be here if you need us this summer! The school offices on both campuses will be open from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Monday through Thursday! You can also call or email any of the school admin team on either campus and we’ll get back to you as promptly as possible!

First Tuition Payment Reminder - Please remember that the first tuition payment for the 2025-2026 school year will be automatically charged during the month of July based on the tuition payment schedule you selected when enrolling your child. After July 1, all families are responsible for tuition charges as outlined in the Tuition Agreement included in the enrollment packet. If your plans for the fall have changed and your child will not be returning, you must notify Enrollment Coordinator Lorrice Bedard at [email protected] or 603-882-7442, ext. 310 by June 30. All financial questions can be directed to Business Manager Shauna Hein at [email protected] or 603-882-7442, ext. 212.

Used Uniform Closets - Have your kids outgrown their uniforms? Don’t forget that we have a used uniform closet at each campus! Donations of all outgrown uniform pieces are accepted and parents are also welcome to make an appointment to come in over the summer to look for uniform pieces to fit their growing children. Donations can be sent into the front desk at the lower campus or to Mrs. Coker at the upper campus at any time. Please contact Mrs. Langengeld at [email protected] for the lower campus or Mrs. Coker at [email protected] for the upper campus to arrange a time to come “shopping” in the closets!

Summerbook Workbooks – Worried about the student “summer slide”? Help your student keep his or her school skills sharp with a Summerbook Company 10-week summer review workbook for students entering Kindergarten and up!  Books may be ordered individually online HERE.  Saint Chris strongly recommends that students complete summer work in addition to summer reading assignments!

Summer Reading and Work - Parents received an email on Monday, June 2nd with links to the reading and other work that is to be completed by students over the summer. Please review all assignments with your child and be sure that all work is completed before the first day of school! For your convenience, the links are also available in an article highlighted in the “News and Notes” section of the school website HERE throughout the summer months.

Lower Campus - The June 2nd email included the school supply list for the lower campus. Please note that the summer assignments for the lower campus are found at the end of each grade’s supply list.

Upper Campus - The June 2nd email contained links to required reading/work based on the grade and level of the student. Because each student’s schedule is unique, there is NO supply list for the upper campus. Students will receive a list from each teacher on the first day of school.

Upper Campus Math Summer Solutions Book - All upper campus students (rising 6th, 7th, and 8th grade) received a Summer Solutions math workbook, along with instructions for completing required summer math work. Each student’s workbook will be matched to his or her anticipated math class for the fall.
