hi everyone it's Evangeline can you believe that it's been a year since the first covid-19 was identified in the United States in that year we've learned a lot some things we never could have imagined everyone has been doing an awesome job by staying safe and following the covid-19 do to stop the pandemic a year has gone by but that doesn't mean the covid-19 changed it's easy to get tired of listening to and following the same directions but it's really important in order to protect your friends and family so here are a few things you need to make sure you remember wear your mask make sure covers your mouth and nose at all times and make sure that you wash it everyday so that there aren't any germs on it wash your hands make sure that you wash your hands for at least 20 seconds with soap and water 20 seconds is about as long as the ABC song so if it helps sing that while you wash your hands make sure that you wash your hands before you go anytime that you use the bathroom when you go home and before and after you eat Keep Your Hands to Yourself germs can live on surfaces and on other people so don't touch anything that is yours and keep your hands off of other people keep your distance staying at least six feet apart from other people even though it's hard ensures the germs don't spread through the air if you aren't feeling well don't come into school if you have any covid-19 symptoms be sure to quarantine that means don't come in contact with any people outside of your household remember what you do outside of school affects the people don't go anywhere that you can absolutely essential without knowing you might be exposed to someone who has Cove in a few do leave your house make sure that you wear masks and hand sanitizer office so don't forget wear your mask and wash it often wash your hands keep your distance and quarantine by following these rules you can help you stop the pandemic
