hi everyone Evangeline and not too long ago I was a student here just like you now I'm graduating from high school and I wanted to help you guys with some of the changes that are going to be happening when you pull up to school you'll step out of your car and have your temperature checked if you're in pre-k you'll get out here at the Fine Arts Center get your temperature checked and then come in for class if you're in kindergarten first or second grade your family will drive into the parking lot you'll get out get your temperature checked and then you go through the back doors you're in third grade through fifth grade after getting your temperature taken you'll be going through the front doors talk with friends you can do that when she gets class this year some staircases are only for going up like this one in the middle the other two on either side of the school are only for going down let's go at the top of the stairs get some hand sanitizer one pump is it out like you've always heard it's always better to use the bathroom before you leave the house but if you really have to go while you're in school try and go in there's no one else and definitely no more than three people in the bathroom at a time eighth grade will have its own thing and its own salt assigned to them so when you go to bathroom make sure that you find the correct doll and the correct think with your gray number on it something else what you remember is that you have to have your mask on before you step outside your car it has to be cloth like this one and have your name inside you have to have a clean mask every day to make sure that you have a bunch so that way you have a new one every time that you want make sure you're comfortable wearing your mask start practicing wearing it every day because you'll have to have it on anytime you're in the school building get into your class you're going to have to stay in your own space in the past years you might have switched seats but that's not going to happen this year and lighting up is also going to be different we're going to be keeping her space in between people cuz that helps prevent the spread of germs something else that's also going to be different this year is that there won't be a snack cart or popcorn on Friday so be sure to stock up on snacks even though some things might be different this year some things will stay the same you'll still have awesome teachers and make lots of friends we're so excited to see you back in the fall this year I think Chris Academy
