UPDATED! School Portraits - School portraits are scheduled for October 13 on both campuses. This year, we have changed photographers and will be using O’Connor Studios out of Tewksbury, MA rather than Lifetouch. Please note:

  • On Monday of this week, O’Connor Studios sent an email for each student to one parent, which may be either mom or dad, depending on who is marked as the “primary” in our records.  Parents, please check both email accounts!  This email informs you of the upcoming portrait date, provides your student’s access code (unique to each student), and allows you to create an online account to order portraits.
  • We will be sending home a paper order form very soon that can also be used to order portraits.  Information on family discounts is included in the paper copy only.  We hope to receive the paper order forms in time to send them home tomorrow, but if not then we will send them home on Tuesday.
  • All students at both campuses will wear uniforms for Portrait Day, October 13. Upper campus students should wear their dress uniforms, including the oxford shirt for both boys and girls and ties for the boys. Upper campus students may also choose to wear the uniform quarter zip.

UPDATED! Water Filler Stations at the Lower Campus - Hooray! A number of very generous donors have covered the cost of our water filler station project at the lower campus! We are MOST appreciative of these donations and our parents’ excitement about the project. Thank you, thank you! We will begin the process of having those filler stations installed ASAP!

If you were interested in supporting the water fillers, please consider one of our other two current projects at the upper campus.  Please contact Marta at [email protected] if you would like to support either of these efforts!

Gym Audio System - If you’ve ever attended one of our many events in the gym at the upper campus….from athletic events and drama productions to masses and graduations...you know that the gym’s aging audio system is less than adequate. We are working on replacing that system so that we can hear everything loud and clear from all parts of the gym! The cost on this project would be approximately $15,000.

Science Lab Upgrade - While this project is still at an early stage, we are investigating ideas for modernizing this important space at the upper campus.  This large classroom offers many possibilities for deepening our STEM curriculum with updated lab equipment and programming to further engage student interest in the sciences. Estimated cost for this project is still under development.

NEW! Extended Care Billing - Our Extended Care billing for the month of September has been delayed. Parents will receive notification of their Extended Care bills as soon as they have been posted to Family Portal accounts. Thank you for your patience!

NEW! Lower Campus Progress Reports - Lower campus students will be bringing home Progress Reports tomorrow, October 7. Please review, sign, and return.

Hot Lunch Ordering for November- Online ordering for November’s Hot Lunch through Boonli.com is now open! If you didn’t order this month, be sure to check out the menu for November...student reviews of our new caterer are excellent! Since we can not accommodate orders placed after midnight on the 15th, please be sure to log in early just in case you run into technical issues. Orders are not placed until you complete the entire ordering process and receive a confirmation email from Boonli.

Upper Campus Volunteer Slot - Only one Hot Lunch volunteer slot left at the upper campus! (The lower campus is completely full…..thank you!) This would be a once a month commitment on the following Tuesdays: 10/12, 11/19, 12/7, 1/18, 2/15, 3/22, 4/19, 5/24. Please see the Sign-Up Genius HERE to volunteer! Thank you!

Lower Campus Hot Lunch Laundry Volunteers - The lower campus is looking for a few parents to work “behind the scenes” on Hot Lunch by doing the Hot Lunch laundry once or twice a week. This isn’t a heavy load...just a few aprons and small towels. If you can help, please send Marta an email at [email protected]. Thanks!

Pickup Parking Reminder- Parents of Nashua riders who park in the upper parish parking lot are reminded that they should not be parking in any of the spaces closest to the rectory. Thanks!

NEW! CYO Basketball - It looks like CYO basketball may be a go for this winter! We will confirm this news soon and send more details.

NEW! Wrestling Coach Needed - We are looking for a coach for our upper campus (grades 6-8) wrestling program this winter! Please contact Athletic Director Ryan Farris at [email protected] for more information!

NEW! Calendar in Family Portal - Thanks to an update in our Renweb student information system software, our school activities and athletic calendars can now be seen in your Family Portal! Once you log in to the portal, click on the arrow next to “School.” Select “Calendar” and the calendar will populate in the window. It’s magic!

NEW! Auction Winner Volunteer Parking - Just a reminder to not park in the “Volunteer Parking” spot outside each school building at any time. Each of these spots were auctioned off as part of our Annual Auction last year and the winners have exclusive use of the space for the year.
